Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on FDA regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle, including pre-clinical and commercial development, product approvals, labeling, inspections, recalls, and adverse event management.
  • Support transactional diligence in life sciences, such as acquisitions and IPOs, and advise on advertising, promotional practices, and telemedicine-based drug delivery.
  • Work on diverse matters involving dietary supplements, cosmetics, cannabis licensures, and pharmacy regulations.
  • Contribute to litigation-adjacent roles in life sciences as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of FDA regulatory compliance experience, including DSHEA, Food Drug and Cosmetic Act, and FTC Act.
  • Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related sectors through prior work at a sophisticated law firm, the FDA, or a life sciences company.
  • Additional coursework or direct exposure to life sciences is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of state Boards of Pharmacy regulations, credit agreements, and cannabis regulation is a plus.
